Being Anxious is Fun. No, seriously.

Enjoy your fear and it is no longer really fear. Next time you feel your heart racing tell yourself that’s because you’re feeling the excitement of living at your edge. At your maximum.

If you’re fearing failure… Don’t worry, you’ve already failed. Ultimately, embracing the idea that the concept of “failure” exists is the only real failure you can have. Any experience, no matter how horrific, no matter how calamitous it may appear from the outside can, and will cause you to grow as a person. The more radical the experience — the more it makes your heart race, the more you can expect change. All things work to your good in the end.

This is the mind of a person who can learn from their circumstances. Fear will destroy you. Instead, choose to feel excitement that you have found the direction in which to head to embrace change in a new way. Every time your adrenaline starts pumping, feel the excitement for the future change in yourself that pushing through the trials to come will cause in you.

Most people would collapse under such pressure — but not you. That’s what makes you cool. You live at your edge.
